Together, we can identify, cultivate, and marshal your spiritual resources, to help you find more meaning, purpose, and value in life.
I work with people of any faith or none. I can help you explore spiritual practices meaningful to you and themes such as forgiveness, acceptance, gratitude, love, generosity, and compassion.
We may use a variety of tools: texts, music, movement, dance, stories, imagery, meditation, and/or ceremonies.
Note: spiritual direction is not psychotherapy; I am not qualified to diagnose or treat mental illness.
